This Elastic sleeve keeps the ETQ compressed and prevents the hook and loop material from catching on or fraying clothing when deploying from a pocket.
Additionally, the Snakeskin may be slid over belts or slings and used as an ETQ holder. We recommend getting an ETQ Wide Snakeskin when attempting to mount to belts or slings.
Includes a handy Triage Hi-Vis Sticker to apply to the wounded, giving valuable info to first responders.
